Development Activities for the Medscaner Roadmap
Project Objective:
The objective of the project is to digitalize the dental care service and customer management processes of Medscaner OÜ by creating a modern web-based service platform. The solution will enable patients to book appointments, manage treatment information and invoices, and communicate securely with the clinic in a digital environment. The project will increase the company's operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and establish a foundation for AI-powered dental care solutions in Estonia.
Expected Result:
As a result of the project, the company’s productivity and capacity to serve a larger client base with the same labor costs will increase, improving profitability and strengthening its market position in the dental technology sector in Estonia and the Baltic region.
